Click in the top right of facebook.

Click the text box in the middle of the page then type in the email address or phone number that s associated with your account. Every facebook account is created either by using an existing email or phone number. Enter your current password and new password. Simply follow these steps and you should be able reset your facebook password easily.

To change your password on facebook if you re already logged in. Reset facebook password by using default email. Click edit next to change password. Enter your current password and new password.
