How Hard Is It To Learn Piano

Knowing the basics such as notes on the clefs how to construct chords how to play the various scales is actually beginning stuff.

Most piano courses out there including books have lots of pages content in them but most of the time they tend to cover only the basics but learn and master piano seems to be an exception. Anyone can learn to pick out a few chords and melodies and it won t take long. Getting the right finger positions on the keyboard is a major issue and without the proper amount of time and energy being used it would take a long time to learn to play from scratch. I think piano is easy to learn but incredibly difficult to master.

Can you learn the piano on your own. In fact i think it s one of the most challenging instruments to truly excel at. The piano is the most immediately accessible musical instrument yet perhaps the most difficult to master. Playing an easy piano song or two is far from un achievable.
