The most common way to make over easy eggs is fried in a nonstick pan or skillet on the stove.
After 10 to 15 seconds smoothly lower the handle. Wait another 10 seconds then lightly jiggle the pan just to make sure that nothing is sticking. Once the oil or butter is hot crak the egg into the pan. Then use a spatula to gently flip the egg over being careful not to break the yolk.
