Use quick release when time is up.
Cut the spaghetti squash in half crosswise for longer low carb noodles or lengthwise for shorter ones. Sprinkle with sea salt then toss with your favorite sauce to serve. Make a cut with the sharp paring knife across the side of your squash. Scoop out the inside seeds and strings with a spoon and throw them away.
