How Big Is Uterus At 16 Weeks

Around 12 weeks pregnant the uterus is the size of a grapefruit and starts to grow up and out of your pelvis but still fits within it. Does anyone know how big the uterus is at 16 weeks. When i went in for my 16 week appt the np was using the doppler and said wow. I thought i felt something around my belly button but assumed that couldn t be it b c it was too high.

If you are carrying twins or multiples your uterus will start growing and stretching sooner. Less nausea fewer mood swings and glowing skin contribute to an overall sense of well being.

And it s getting to the point where you may not be able to hide your pregnancy anymore even if you wanted to. The top of your uterus is about halfway between your pubic bone and your navel and the round ligaments that support it are thickening and stretching as it grows.
